Product Description

As a new type of phosphorus flame retardant, aluminum diethyl hypophosphite has high thermal stability, chemical stability and environmental friendliness, and can be used as an excellent flame retardant for polymer materials instead of environmentally harmful halogenated flame retardants, this product has the advantages of small particle size, high whiteness, non-toxicity, good thermal stability, and good fluidity.

Uses: Diethyl aluminum hypophosphite is used as halogen-free flame retardant for engineering plastics. It can both play a role in the condensed phase to promote polymer carbon formation and also remove high energy free radicals in the combustion zone. Aluminum diethylphosphonate is often used in combination with other non-halogenated flame retardants or co-efficacients.

Application: It is widely used in the flame retardancy of thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, fibers and textiles, such as thermoplastic elastomers, paraformaldehyde, nylon (PA6,66, etc.), epoxy resins, polyester (PET, PBT) and other plastics. It can be used alone or with melamine polyphosphate, cyanuric acid melamine and other flame retardants for better effect.

Packing: 20kg per package in paper-plastic composite film bag with inner liner.

Storage and transportation: according to general non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
